Terms & Conditions - the basics

Please take a moment to review the following to ensure clarity on our Terms and Conditions:

General T&C's:

Eligibility & Prepping:

It's essential to read the instructions when booking at SKINVEIL, as deposits will not be refunded if you attend your appointment and are not eligible due to any contradictions listed for your appointment type. Failure to follow instructions may result in compromised skin and the need for an additional appointments at cost.

Rescheduling or Canceling:

To reschedule or cancel your appointment, please do so via booking process laid out at time of booking. Cancellations must be made online/phone call- to avoid loss of deposit. We do not accept cancellations via text messages due to the high volume of inquiries.

Payment: Tattooing treatments are charged per session. A touch-up, priced at $150-$200, is typically required. Refunds are not provided after the first treatment or any deals.
Additional fees apply for longer periods outside of the touch-up time frame.

Touch-ups:

If you have already paid for touch-ups, please contact us to schedule an appointment to avoid additional fees, as we have divided the payments.

Trading Hours:

BY APOINTMENTS

Cancellations and No-Shows: We require a 48-hour rescheduling notice or full loss of deposit, no exceptions. Missing your touch-up appointment $50 fee.

DEPOSITS:

For tattooing appointments, a deposit is required and will be applied to your total fee due on the day of your appointment. Deposits are non-refundable but can be transferred if advised at least 1 week before your treatment.

Package:

Package deals are non-refundable but transferable.

Accepted Payments:

Visa, Mastercard & Cash. All credit card transactions over $50 incur a 2% surcharge at the appointment for beauty treatments.

All services booked, allow SKINVEIL the use of pictures for marketing materials.

Appointment Types: Select the correct appointment type based on time, or your appointment may be canceled and re-booked at a cost.
NON-SKINVEIL Touch-up Appointments: Book as a Non-SKINVEIL Client touch-up if a different tattooist has tattooed you and requires a touch-up. This cost covers only one procedure; if you need two sessions, your tattooist will inform you before starting.
Ongoing Touch-ups: Calculated at an hourly rate, these appointments take 1-1.5 hours annually. We cannot provide a set price as pigment retention varies based on lifestyle factors. If you are an ongoing client, select the ongoing procedure appointment type, as a deposit is required.
Tattooing Removal or Corrections: Message a picture to our Facebook page for assessment if another artist has tattooed you and you require correcting or removal. Pictures should be without makeup and in bright daylight for a quote.
Cancellations List: Email us with your preferred procedure and contact details to be placed on a cancellation list. We will contact those on the list for last-minute cancellations first.
